Recertification Offer: Customers and partners with expired Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V), CCA XenApp 6, CCAA XenApp 6, or CCA XenDesktop 5 certifications will be able to attain the CCA-V certification if they attend a CWS-215 class by June 30, 2019.

Who is this promotion relevant for?

• Anyone with expired CCA-V, CCA XenApp 6, CCAA XenApp 6, or CCA XenDesktop 5 certifications who wishes to attain a current CCA-V without taking and passing the associated exam.

What sessions can I attend, and where?

4 sessions are available! All of Fast Lane's Citrix courses are available to attend in the classroom or remotely with the same live instructor. So you can choose which is most convenient for you.

What if I don't take advantage of this promotion?

After June 30, 2019 anyone with an expired CCA-V, CCA XenApp 6, CCAA XenApp 6, or CCA XenDesktop 5 certification will be required to pass the CCA-V exam to obtain their CCA-V certification.

For this reason, we recommend any expired CCA-V, CCA XenApp 6, CCAA XenApp 6, or CCA XenDesktop 5 certification holders to take advantage of this recertification offer.

What's different about this new course?

Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Deployment and Administration (CWS-215)doesn’t just cover traditional on-site deployment and management.

It also shows you how to smoothly migrate to Citrix Cloud when you’re ready to make the transition to a hybrid cloud model combining Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service with an on-premises resource location for workloads.

The icing on the cake? The course includes an introductory module on Citrix Analytics. This capability, delivered from the cloud, applies machine learning to data that spans network traffic, users, files, and endpoints to help you identify and act on malicious user behavior and app performance anomalies.

What about CXD-210?

The CXD-210: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Administration instructor-led training course was discontinued on February 11, 2019 and is now replaced by CWS-215 as the foundational administration course and prerequisite training for Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V).
