to ensure a trouble-free start and
execution of your online training!
Thank you for taking a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the training process as well as the technical requirements.
Overview
We use Cisco WebEx or Microsoft Teams for our online trainings.
After booking your online training, you will receive your access data at least 10 days prior to training start via e-mail. This will include a link and a password as well as other information such as training times.
The virtual classroom will be opened for you at least 30 minutes prior to training start.
Please make sure to enter the virtual classroom on the first day of the training at least 15 minutes prior to training start!
This way we can ensure a trouble-free start for all participants.
Please use this timeframe to check your audio and video device configurations.
Detailed information on this can be found in the tutorial section of this website.
In case your training lasts more than one day, please take note of the start time of the first day, as it might differ from the other days.
