James Varnham brings more than 25 years of international experience in professional education, certification, and emerging technologies, with a strong focus on AI upskilling and adoption. He has held senior global leadership roles across EdTech, publishing, and certification, and has contributed to international initiatives including EU policy projects and World Bank programmes.

Today, James serves as General Manager and AI Adoption Specialist at Sarder Inc. and is an internationally recognised speaker and advisor on human-centred AI. He is also a Director on the ICF Credentials & Standards Board, Strategic Advisor on the AI in Coaching Coalition, and a Fellow & Ambassador of the Learning & Performance Institute.
