Course Content
Managing AI projects involves unique risks that make AI projects distinct from other types of projects and therefore impact the nature of the project management methods used. Based on our experience in developing AI solutions, we have created a workshop that addresses the typical pitfalls and challenges in the initiation and implementation of AI projects. Using real-world examples and an interactive format, you will be guided through the content in order to gain a deeper understanding on how to manage AI projects. By the end of the workshop, you will acquire a comprehensive overview of the complete lifecycle of AI projects and the common obstacles during each project phase. You will learn the best-practices methods and process models that most effectively manage AI projects and will be ready to identify the key role profiles for various project phases as well as the interactions among them. Finally, you will be to discern the diverse software and hardware requirements for different AI project types.
