Course Content

This three day course immerses learners in the overall concepts, processes, policies and methods associated with the Service Design phase of the Service Lifecycle. The course covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Design stage. Including the principles of balanced service design, identifying meaningful service requirements, the relationship between service, application, infrastructure and data architectures and the advantages and disadvantages of various strategic sourcing and delivery models.
